OTHER INFO:- Cookie was bought back to the stud in April, 2005 having originally been sold 3 years earlier when my husband was made redundant. Whilst away with both the Carberry Stud and subsequently Caroline Villers, she has been ridden so our intention is to try and bring her out under saddle. Cookie has obviously been very well looked after whilst she has been away and is sweet and loving. She knew exactly where she was when she got off the lorry and marched up the road, straight to the stables and demanded food!!!!!!!!!!
Cookie has taken one look at all the new foals this year and decided riding is not for her but motherhood is. She has therefore been turned out and left to run with Janton Dictator who is more than happy with her company.
In 2006, she had a chestnut colt, Durris the Maverick, who has since happily settled in his new home where they already own Durris Katalina. Cookie was not put in foal in 2006 but instead has gone on loan to the Carberry Stud for a couple of years, to assist the Stud in re-establishing itself. In 2007, they have again covered her with Janton Dictator.
