Other Info: The Waxwing Stud bought, Minty as she is known, for me at the Welsh Cob Sales. She is an incredibly happy, bouncy and loving mare who oozes presence in the show ring. She was shown in hand as a three and four year old taking many championships and supreme titles, including the Royal Highland Show in 1998 and Scottish Horse Show in 1999. Having produced a beautiful black filly in 2002, Minty has been broken to ride and will hopefully be produced under saddle in 2004 by Kris McCall.
Sadly, Minty only made it to one show in 2003 before injuring her back playing in the field. Consequently she was put in foal to Janton Dictator and in 2004, produced a palomino filly foal with attitude!!
In 2006, Minty produced a palomino colt foal by Janton Dictator which has been retained by the Stud. In 2007, she has been covered by Kentchurch Cadenza.
